Derek Finch is Head of Customer Operations for KHA which incorporates Solution K. With 17 years experience in call centre management Derek has managed centres in a wide range of industries and undertaken consultancy work. An active member of the ATA he is currently National Chair. He is a frequent speaker at call centre conferences.

Sajan Peter (B.Sc, Masters.ICT.Mgt, 6SigmaGB) is the Operations and Technology Manager. He has nine years experience in Operations and IT management for various organizations within the call centre industry. His combined knowledge of IT and Operations enables solution K to offer a wide variety of Business processes and Technology Options.
